FAQs

If your event contains no tickets or only non-paid tickets, Party Ace will not charge a buyer fee for the use our services. Likewise, Party Ace does not charge any setup or recurring fees.

If you do charge for tickets, Party Ace simply charges a one-off 10% fee or a lower limit charge per ticket sale (see table below). Please note, the 10% service fee already includes the payment processor’s fee and any applicable cross border fees.

As a part of our service, Party Ace gives you access to the most powerful reporting and promotional tools and reliable customer support.

Party Ace will transfer the money collected for ticket sales within five (5) working days after the event has taken place, subject to our terms and conditions.

Promoters are required to provide payment details for their accounts. Currently, you can choose to either provide your bank details or PayPal account details. Whichever option you have chosen, Party Ace will transfer the balance owed for your event within five (5) working days, subject to our terms and conditions.

Fees charged can be seen under the heading “Buyer’s fee”. By selecting settings, you will see a more detailed breakdown of how much the ticket will sell for and how much you (the promoter / event organiser) will actually receive.

You can choose to add the buyer’s fee to the set ticket price, which is the default setting. Alternatively, you can choose to absorb the buyer’s fee by deselecting the checkbox “add buyer’s fee to price”. If a promoter / event organiser refunds a ticket sale, Party Ace will subsequently refund 100% of the buyer’s fee.

Currently, our system does not allow for a standard user account to be upgraded to a promoter account. You would have to use a different email address to create a separate promoter account. Alternatively, you can simply cancel your existing user account and utilise that email address to create your new promoter account.

Currently, anyone can be a ticket rep on our system. It is not specific to any particular account.

If you have an existing account with us, simply contact the promoter / organiser of any advertised event to notify them of your interest.

Once terms have been agreed upon, the promoter / organiser can add you to their event as a ticket rep using the “create ticket rep” option within the “My rep” menu.

The promoter of any event can add any amount of ticket reps. The promoter also decides on the amount of tickets he/she would like to allocate to a particular ticket rep and their rate of commission per ticket sale.

Both the promoter and the ticket rep will be able to track accurately the amount of tickets sold via their affiliate link and the amount owed to the ticket rep in terms of commission.

It is then the responsibility of the promoter to communicate the terms of payment to their respective ticket reps. Party Ace will not be responsible for any unsettled fees.

Each ticket comes with a secure embedded code. On the day/ night of the event, Promoters will be able to “check-in” attendees with purchased tickets by utilising our online check-in dashboard or promoter app to scan the code on their tickets.
